We have a history of established ongoing relationships with many of our clients. In some cases, this has extended over a period of fifteen to twenty years. These include not only General Contracting and Construction Management, but extend to: insurance loss documentation and representation; project feasibility and cost estimating analysis; forensic investigations; acquisition analysis; project oversight supervision; due diligence investigations; expert witnessing; building code interpretations; and mediation services. We pursue a flexible approach in entering into agreements with clients.
